A JAS-certified ultimate ponzu with a mellow flavour and aroma that’s free from brewed vinegar and lavishly uses Japanese organic sudachi, yuzu and yuko citrus juices

Uses plenty of Japanese organic sudachi, yuzu, and yuko citruses. The organic soy sauce is authentically brewed from wheat and non-GMO unprocessed organic Japanese soybeans, and aged for more than a year. Uses malt syrup made from non-GMO Japanese potatoes, and contains no sugar.

Made with dashi stock from Japanese kombu seaweed and Japanese organic dried shiitake mushrooms, without the use of any extracts.
